Evidence rules decide.

Sanity Context supplies structured records and Knowledge Base guidance. ArtifactGuard applies explicit rules and returns source-linked deductions. No language model is involved in the verdict.

Structured retrieval

GROQ mode reads products, revisions, tests, compounds, artifact sensitivities and interactions from the Sanity dataset.

Knowledge retrieval

Knowledge Base mode supplies institutional guidance and peer-reviewed context, separately from the structured dataset.

Evidence resolution

The engine reads the Oddy ratings for the coupon that matches the artifact, checks whether laboratories disagree and why, then adds known emissions, contact concerns, enclosure context and where sources disagree about a product.

Bounded output

Six dispositions, no probabilities.

Enclosure estimate

Only the math the sources support.

The enclosure tool implements CCI's simplified C = E A / (V N) relationship when physical inputs are supplied. It does not convert concentration into a universal safety score.
